Với cách chế biến thịt heo đơn giản như thế này sẽ là một gợi ý không tồi để bạn xử lý phần thịt thăn vốn dễ bị khô sau khi chế biến. Thịt heo chiên màu vàng rộm, sốt chua ngọt sóng sánh đậm vị điểm thêm chút mè rang bên trên sẽ khiến món ăn trở thành điểm nhấn quyến rũ trên bàn ăn nhà bạn đấy!
Cắt thịt heo thành từng miếng dài có kích thước khoảng 8x1 cm. Nếu thịt mềm khó cắt, bạn có thể đặt thịt vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh 1 lúc trước khi cắt sẽ dễ dàng hơn.
Cho gừng cắt lát mỏng, 5g muối và 7g hạt tiêu vào trộn đều với thịt, ướp khoảng 10 phút. Sau 10 phút, trộn thịt với lòng trắng trứng và 16g bột ngô.
Hòa 15ml nước với 8g bột ngô, nhúng từng miếng thịt qua hỗn hợp bột trước khi chiên. Cho thịt đã nhúng qua bột ngô vào chảo chiên vàng. Sau đó, vớt thịt ra và chiên thịt lại lần 2 trong khoảng 30 giây cho thịt có độ giòn.
Đổ khoảng 10ml dầu ăn vừa chiên thịt thừa vào chảo chống dính, cho thêm 15ml nước sốt cà chua, 10ml giấm, 5g muối, 7g đường, 30ml nước, 16g bột ngô vào chảo khuấy đều đến khi sôi. Đổ thịt heo đã chiên giòn ở trên vào chảo nước sốt, đảo đều cho thịt ngấm nước sốt.
Khi ăn bạn rắc thêm chút mè rang lên trên để món ăn thêm phần bắt mắt nhé!
