Bắp cải rửa sạch, xắt sợi. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, xắt sợi. Hành lá xắt nhỏ. Nước sốt: cho 80g sốt mayonnaise, 2 muỗng nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng bột thì là, 1/2 muỗng muối, 1/4 muỗng ớt bột, 1 muỗng đường vào chén và trộn thật đều. Tiếp theo cho bắp cải, cà rốt, hành lá vào tô lớn, rưới nước sốt vào và trộn thật đều để phần sốt thấm hết vào rau củ là hoàn thành rồi đó.
Cho salad ra dĩa và thưởng thức. Salad bắp cải cà rốt mayonnaise ngọt mát, thanh đạm và cực kì dễ làm, bạn có thể làm món khai vị cho những bữa tiệc gia đình hoặc tiệc cưới đều được nha. Chúc bạn thành công!
