Cơm nóng trộn đều với 2 muỗng cà phê đường và 1 muỗng canh giấm gạo.
Lấy 1 muỗng lớn cơm, vo tròn viên cơm lại, dùng ngón trỏ ấn một lỗ xuống giữa viên cơm, đặt con tôm vào, đuôi hướng ra ngoài, sau đó lại nắn tròn lại để cơm bao trọn con tôm. Rắc thêm chút ruốc lên trên. Cho thêm chút sốt mayonnaise và sốt cà chua là bạn có thể thưởng thức món cơm nắm tôm ruốc tuyệt ngon này rồi!
