Với công thức đơn giản, món Nem chua thịt bò có thể thực hiện ngay tại nhà, Nem bằng thịt bò chín tái vẫn an tòan cho sức khỏe. Thích hợp các món khai vị trong các đám tiệc.
Thịt bò rửa sạch, lau khô, cắt nhỏ rồi xay nhuyễn. Sau đó, bọc màng thực phẩm lại rồi cho vào tủ lạnh khoảng 45 phút.
Sau 45 phút, lấy thịt bò ra khỏi tủ lạnh, cho vào da heo, 3 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 2 muỗng canh bột nem chua, 1/2 chỗ ớt, 1 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1 muỗng cà phê đường, trộn đều cho thịt ngấm gia vị.
Sau đó, bọc màng thực phẩm lại, cho vào hộp tạo hình vuông vức các cạnh. Ấn nhẹ và đều cho nem được chắc, để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 24 tiếng đồng hồ là có thể dùng.
Khi đãi khách có thể cắt nhỏ, đặt vào mỗi viên nem 1 lát ớt, ít rau răm rồi gói lại bằng màng bọc thực phẩm hoặc lá chuối cho đẹp.
